Choose Installments, pick the item and its chassis or IMEI number, add the guarantors and take the down payment.

Print the agreement for signatures and keep a photo of the signed copy with the sale.

Collect from the Dues screen; the receipt shows what was covered. Remind late customers on WhatsApp.

Questions about installment sales
Is the installment module included in every plan?
It is available on request. Tell us how you sell and we will set it up for your shop.
Can I change the schedule?
Yes. The schedule is worked out from the down payment and the number of months, and you can change any date or amount by hand, as long as it adds up.
Can a customer pay part of an installment, or two at once?
Yes. Part payments and several installments in one payment are both fine; the oldest unpaid installment is covered first.
Does it add late fees?
No. KarobarDesk does not add late fees; it shows how many days a payment is late.
Are CNIC photos kept private?
Yes. They are stored privately and only your business can open them.
Are WhatsApp reminders sent automatically?
Not yet. KarobarDesk opens WhatsApp with the reminder already typed, and you press Send. It keeps a note of who was reminded and when.
