Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms explain how KarobarDesk may be used and what you can expect from us. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
KarobarDesk is a web application for recording and managing a business's orders, payments, customers, expenses and stock. By using it you agree to these terms.
Accounts and staff
You are responsible for the people you give access to, for what they do in your account, and for keeping passwords private. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
Your data
The records you enter remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for following the laws that apply to your business, including tax.
Plans and payment
KarobarDesk is offered on paid plans agreed with you. If a payment is overdue, access to the app may be paused after a short notice, and it is restored when payment is received. Your records are not deleted because of a late payment.
Acceptable use
Do not use KarobarDesk to break the law, to harm others, to try to reach another business's data, or to disrupt the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your records safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important records, for example by exporting them.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or business losses that result from using, or being unable to use, the service. Our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem.
Ending the service
You may stop using KarobarDesk at any time and ask us to export or delete your records. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continued use means you accept the update. Questions can be sent to us using the contact options below.
