KarobarDesk is a service that helps businesses keep their orders, payments, customers, expenses and stock in one place. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

Account details: the name, email address and role of each person who is given access, and the details of the business (name, phone numbers, address, logo).

Business records: the orders, customers, payments, expenses, products and stock that you and your staff enter into the app. This information belongs to your business.

Technical information: sign-in attempts, the language you choose, and error reports that help us find and fix problems. Error reports are cleaned of personal details before they are kept.

If you use the contact form on this website, we receive the name, phone number or email address, business details and message you type. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about KarobarDesk with you, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking.

To run KarobarDesk for you: to show your records, calculate your totals and reports, send invoices and password reset emails, and keep your account secure.

To support you and to improve the service. We do not sell your information and we do not use your business records for advertising.

Only the people your business adds. Each business's records are kept separate from every other business, and staff can be limited so they do not see costs or profit.

We use trusted providers to host the service, send email and monitor errors. They handle information only to provide those services to us.

We use sign-in protection, access controls and separate storage for each business. No online service can promise perfect security, so please keep your passwords private and remove access for people who leave your team.

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The KarobarDesk app uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to remember your language.

You can ask us to correct your information, to export your records, or to delete your business and its data. Message us using the contact options below and we will help.
